- Automatically email whoever is on the bottom of the `latest' list each day,
  and ask them to refresh their card!  Once there are more people, could email
  as many each day as needed to make sure we contact each person (who doesn't
  update their card themself!) once a month.  People could opt out of this
  automatic email contact, of course.  If they didn't update it after being
  nagged, shouldn't continue nagging!!
